If you really want to be fluent in English in a short period of time, I would recommend you to study in the UK. The United States is by far more culturally diverse compare to Britain, which means that you will get exposed to various "dialects" from different races such as African Americans, Chinese, Latino, etc. (and they are not necessarily "correct" English)作者: kangc3000 時間: 2017-1-19 12:38 PM

Here is the fact. Most of the guy with the British accent will able to get attention from girls. Most of the English literacy will sound better with the British accent. However, speaking with a Coastal American accent seems to be more friendly and popular around the world. American Southern accent would be more country-sided style.
So, what sort of accent that you expect to learn? If you want more literacy, I suggest you go for England.
If you want more American cultural study, Jazz, Blue, agricultural related topic, South or center US states.
If you want IT related, go West Coast.
If you want Business related, go East Coast.
Others? depend on what you have in mind. Do some research.

雖然英國的英語比較道地,但美國比較強大,我建議去美國學英語。作者: tyson69 時間: 2017-10-13 06:29 AM

Learning language at oversea has good environment to practise.
你的句子看起來略顯生硬,要用中文去理解,拼字要注意,要用介系詞,一些建議,供你參考
還有,先打好基礎,不然學習的效果有限
1.Learning in the USA or in the UK.
2.For the typographical error: "Britain" is the correct spelling
3.Being immersed in an English-speaking country leaves no choice but to practice English.
