However, we do test their problem solving ability on written test as well as during interview. A problematic situation would be described in a written test and ask candidate to give 3 proposals (plan A, B, C) to solve or control the problem within a 30 minutes test time. This test identify experienced versus un-experienced candidates rather effectively. |
